Acceptance of Terms & Applicability
By accessing the nbajee apk platform, registering an account, or using any of its services, you are deemed to have automatically accepted all provisions of these Terms. These Terms apply to all users located in Bangladesh and constitute a legally binding agreement. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are advised to discontinue use of the platform. No person under the age of 18 is eligible to use nbajee apk's services, and any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately. These Terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the version of these Terms published in Bangla shall be considered final and authoritative. Account Creation & Security
To create an account on nbajee apk, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Your real name, an active mobile number, and a valid date of birth are mandatory at the time of registration. Each individual may operate one account only — creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled and balances may be forfeited. You are solely responsible for keeping your login password and personal information strictly confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.
As part of the identity verification (KYC) process, nbajee apk may request a national ID card or other government-issued documents at any time. If any discrepancy is found in the information provided, nbajee apk reserves the right to suspend the account immediately. Operating an account on behalf of, or for the use of, a third party is strictly prohibited. Users are advised to keep two-factor authentication (where applicable) enabled to secure their accounts.

Payments, Transactions & BDT Policy
All financial transactions on the nbajee apk platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Before making a deposit, please read the applicable minimum and maximum limits and payment method guidelines carefully. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and other accepted payment methods, and processing times may vary depending on the payment method used. Once a withdrawal request is submitted, funds will be disbursed within the specified timeframe after verification is complete — however, nbajee apk will not be held liable for delays caused by natural disasters, technical issues, or regulatory reasons. Please review all transaction details before confirming, as completed transactions are generally non-reversible.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Nbajee apk reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons: violation of Terms & Conditions, evidence of fraud, operating multiple accounts, suspicion of money laundering, or instruction from legal authorities. If an account is suspended, the user will be notified via email or through the platform and given the opportunity to request a review — however, in cases of serious violations, the account may be closed without prior notice. Whether any remaining balance is returned after account closure will depend on the outcome of the investigation, and balances may be forfeited if the closure is due to a Terms & Conditions violation. Users may also voluntarily request account closure, in which case any verified balance will be refunded.
For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, nbajee apk may apply an inactivity fee, and users will be notified in advance before any such fee takes effect. If account recovery is required, an identity verification process must be completed, which may take some time. Creating a new account after a previous one has been closed is considered a violation of these Terms. nbajee apk remains committed to treating all users fairly and equitably.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, either party may bring the matter before a competent court in Bangladesh, and both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
